• Specialises in comprehensive advice on day-to-day corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, international investment law and commercial disputes.
  • Has experience in transactions involving share and business divestment and in conducting due diligence and liquidation procedures. She prepares, provides opinions on and negotiates, e.g. joint-venture agreements, shareholder agreements, cooperation agreements, sales, supply and distribution agreements, particularly for the production, insurance, publishing and gambling industries.
  • Represents clients in international arbitration proceedings in investment and commercial disputes, and in domestic civil and criminal proceedings in commercial and insurance cases. She has won and participated in debating and arbitration competitions.
  • Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty and the College of Inter-faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities at Warsaw University.
  • Graduate of the English and European Law School organised by the University of Cambridge and the University of Warsaw and the Cologne Academy on International Commercial Arbitration organised by the German Arbitration Institute.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates, the Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners and the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum.
