On November 13 we invite you to conference which focuses on the most recent developments in Polish tax law, both from a domestic and international tax law perspectives.
The Poland Tax Conference 2018 will discuss the most recent developments in Polish tax law, both from a domestic and international tax law perspectives. Outstanding tax practitioners and scholars will explore the key issues to succeed in a tax transparent world structuring cross border tax-compliant planning.
During the conference, the topics to be discussed by tax experts from advisory firms will include:
- changes to CFC regulations and experience in applying CFC taxation
- exit tax regulations
- proposed changes to tax scheme reporting and the situation of advisers and clients in the new reality
- tax planning in Poland after the introduction of the BEPS Action Plan: transparency and real activity in the context of selected jurisdictions, such as Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Malta, Cyprus, Liechtenstein
- issues relating to asset protection, including use of family foundations
- planning for individuals and legal entities in Poland using asset management structures in comparative terms in selected jurisdictions, such as Switzerland and Liechtenstein
