Magdalena Skowrońska has been appointed head of the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice, taking over management of one of the Law Firm's key areas.
At the beginning of January 2026, Magdalena Skowrońska took up the position of Head of DZP's Capital Markets and Financial Institutions (CM&FI) Practice.
Magdalena has been associated with the Law Firm for nearly 30 years. During this time, she co-created and developed the CM&FI Practice, a team of experts combining regulatory knowledge with transaction experience and a deep understanding of the financial sector. Magdalena is responsible for leading key projects, client strategy and team management. She combines a high level of legal expertise with empathy and the trust of both colleagues and clients.
Magdalena advises banks, financial institutions and companies on regulatory issues relating to the financial and capital markets, financing, issuance of financial instruments and transactions, particularly acquisitions. She also represents clients in proceedings before the financial supervision authorities.
She is an attorney-at-law. Her work is regularly rated highly in international legal rankings.
