Agnieszka Chwiałkowska is to head the Law Firm's public procurement team, which Anna Cynkarz has also joined.
On 1 July, Agnieszka Chwiałkowska, Partner, who takes up the position of head of the public procurement team, and Anna Cynkarz, Associate, joined DZP.
Together with Tomasz Krzyżanowski, who has been a member of the DZP team for many years, they will support contracting entities and contractors in public procurement procedures, during the implementation of contracts, and in disputes before the National Appeal Chamber and the Public Procurement Court.
Agnieszka Chwiałkowska is an attorney-at-law who has advised contractors and contracting entities on national and EU public procurement, PPP and concessions law for nearly 20 years. She has experience in infrastructure, energy, transport and municipal projects, including projects of strategic importance to national security. She has supported clients in preparing and conducting complex procurement procedures, inspection procedures, audits and disputes relating to the implementation of public contracts.
She is co-author of publications commissioned by, inter alia, the Public Procurement Office and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and is a member of the Public Procurement Law Association. She has been recommended for many years in international legal rankings, including Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA.
Anna Cynkarz supports contracting entities and contractors at all stages of public procurement procedures. She has advised clients in the energy, rail, road, aviation, construction and waste management sectors.
