DZP has won Poland Law Firm of the Year at the Benchmark Europe Awards 2026. Józef Palinka, Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice, has also won Poland Litigator of the Year.
The awards were presented at a ceremony in London on 24 September. Benchmark Litigation is an international guide focused exclusively on dispute resolution. Its research examines significant cases and draws on feedback from clients and legal practitioners, while the awards are assessed on the basis of submitted casework.
The two awards recognise the work of our Dispute Resolution Practice and Józef’s individual contribution to the field. Józef Palinka represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings and leads DZP’s dispute resolution team.
