The Mergermarket cyclical report summarises law firms' performance in M&A transactions. DZP is once again one of its leaders.
In terms of the number of transactions carried out by law firms in Poland in the third quarter of 2021, DZP took a frontal position, finalizing 12 transactions (only 2 law firms in Poland completed this number of projects). It also gives us the 16th place in the CEE region.
