For another year in a row, the international publishing house World Trademark Review has appreciated our team of experienced experts in the field of intellectual property law for supporting its clients, in particular in trademark protection matters.
In this year's edition of the WTR 1000 ranking, our law firm has been distinguished in the enforcement and litigation category (Bronze), and individual recommendations were received by Aleksandra Auleytner, Head of IP&TMT Practice (Silver) and Jarosław Konecko, Senior Associate (Bronze).
At the same time, Aleksandra is recommended among the best lawyers in the field of prosecution and strategy.
“Full-service Domański Zakrzewski Palinka successfully combines efficiency and quality. It capitalises on the ensemble’s wider capabilities by enlisting the help of colleagues in other departments to offer comprehensive support in complex legal disputes, all while maintaining a boutique-like approach. The IP department has a strong leader in Aleksandra Auleytner, and she has recently been assisting one of the country's biggest pharmaceutical companies, Olimp Laboratories, with advice on trademark infringement across Poland as well as Germany, Iran, Ukraine and China. She is joined by senior associate Jarosław Konecko, who “knows the law very well and always selects the right path for his clients”. He supports Visa International on a regular basis with the management of its trademark portfolio on the Polish market.” – the publisher commented.
