DZP among leaders in M&A transaction advice according to Mergermarket

Mergermarket has published its regular report summarising law firms’ performance in M&A transactions in Q1 of 2023.

Our law firm is 1st in Poland by value of completed M&A transactions and 3^rd by deal count, having finalised 4 transactions with a total value of $364 million.

In addition, we took 10th place in terms of the deal count of completed transactions in CEE.

DZP’s high position is the result of our effective support to clients in projects such as:

• advice to Pamapol and Propinquus on the signing of an agreement initiating long-term cooperation in the production of a wide range of food products,
• advice to the Würth Group on the acquisition of TIM,
• advice to GP Capital on the sale of all the shares in General Property to SPIE.
