Magdalena Krzysztoporska, Maciej Orkusz and Łukasz Wojdalski have authored the Poland chapter of The European Arbitration Review 2027.

The European Arbitration Review 2027, published by Global Arbitration Review (GAR), brings together insight and analysis from leading practitioners across Europe, offering a survey of legal, institutional and market developments shaping arbitration across the region and neighbouring jurisdictions.

The publication examines a range of topics currently influencing arbitration practice, including judicial review of arbitral awards, institutional reform, digital case management, third-party funding and developments in individual European jurisdictions.

As part of this year's edition, experts from DZP’s Dispute Resolution Practice – Magdalena Krzysztoporska, Senior Associate, Maciej Orkusz, Partner, and Łukasz Wojdalski, Partner – authored the chapter “Poland: patterns in post-arbitral case law.” The article reviews recent developments in Polish arbitration, focusing on case law of the Supreme Court and appellate courts concerning the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, public policy considerations, judicial review of arbitral awards and other issues arising at the post-award stage of arbitral proceedings. The authors also discuss recent amendments to the rules of Poland's leading arbitral institutions.

The publication is available free of charge on the GAR website.
