  • Specialises in Polish and EU competition and consumer law.  
  • Advises clients in various sectors of the economy on a wide range of competition law issues, particularly merger control, restrictive practices, acts of unfair competition, abuse of a dominant position, contractual advantage and payment backlogs.
  • Also assists clients with issues relating to conducting business activity in compliance with consumer regulations, particularly in the process of offering and selling products or services and the model contracts and general terms and conditions used in relations with consumers.
  • Represents clients in administrative proceedings before the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office and in ordinary courts.
  • Has experience in advising on corporate law and in M&A transactions. Has supported clients in day-to-day corporate services and has also participated in reorganisation processes in capital groups.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
