  • Represents clients in disputes between investment participants.
  • Expert in investment contracts, particularly construction works contracts, EPC and EPCM contracts and PPP agreements, and FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
  • Also has experience in carrying out legal due diligences of businesses, planning capital structures and restructuring projects.
