  • Specialises in civil and commercial law, particularly advising both vendors and sellers on merger and acquisition transactions and joint venture projects.
  • Coordinates and conducts due diligences and vendor due diligences of companies operating in various business sectors.
  • As part of corporate advisory services, supports both Polish and foreign clients in starting operations in Poland, prepares day-to-day corporate documentation of companies and its governing bodies, and chairs meetings of companies' governing bodies.
  • Supports clients in the preparation and negotiation of civil law contracts in ongoing operations.
  • Advises on reorganization of the form of the clients’ business activities, including mergers, divisions, and transformations of companies and their liquidation.
  • Gained professional experience also as an in-house lawyer for a financial institution, where she advised on current corporate matters and reviewed civil law contracts.
  • Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Poznań University of Economics.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
