  • Advises on day-to-day employment law matters, providing legal advice and drafting legal opinions and memoranda.
  • Supports clients in projects, creating tailor-made internal employee documentation (regulations, agreements, benefits, option schemes, employment contracts, managerial contracts, contracts related to non-standard forms of employment, as well as non-competition and confidentiality agreements).
  • Has experience in transaction advice, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects. Carries out due diligences and vendor due diligences and develops top management employment structures.
  • Deals with issues involving the employment of foreign nationals in Poland and in the European Union and the posting of workers abroad.
  • Represents employers in disputes with employees, with the Social Security Institution, the State Labour Inspectorate and the Voivodship Labour Office. Has experience as a mediator and negotiator with, e.g. trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Runs training courses, workshops and webinars for businesses and HR and People & Culture professionals.
  • Author of numerous articles on labour law published, inter alia, in Rzeczpospolita, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and bankier.pl.
  • Member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
