  • Provides day-to-day advice to companies, e.g. preparing corporate documents, providing advice on corporate governance and drafting agreements concluded during the company's operations.
  • Advises family businesses in succession planning projects (including the creation and management of family foundations).
  • Graduate of the University of Warsaw's Law and Administration Faculty and the Warsaw School of Economics.
