The process in which companies from the Mikomax group were acquired by a global office furniture manufacturer belonging to the international Harworth group has now been completed. Our client, a family business with over 30 years' experience in the manufacture of custom-made furniture and professional acoustic cubicles for offices, sold a second block of shares in the companies: Fabryka Mebli Biurowych “Mikomax” and ”Mikomax”. This is the culmination of a process that began in 2021 with the signing of an investment agreement and the acquisition by the Harworth group of a controlling stake in 2022.

Our client is a renowned Polish furniture manufacturer that is constantly developing and investing in modern product solutions for offices. Thanks to a strong partnership and the addition of the flagship Hushoffice brand to the global Harworth collection, the company will be able to continue its dynamic development, responding to growing demand and gaining access to the American and Asian markets. The current owners of Mikomax continue to sit on the company's management board.

By expanding its portfolio with innovative acoustic solutions, Harworth has strengthened its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and gained unique know-how in design and manufacture.
