  • Specialises in intellectual property law, in particular industrial property law (patents, utility model protection rights, trademarks, and industrial design rights), unfair competition, and access to public information.
  • Responsible for managing intellectual property portfolios for Polish and international clients, including those operating in the financial, life sciences, and media sectors, and represents them in prosecution and dispute proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
  • Represents clients in judicial and administrative court proceedings concerning intellectual property infringements, acts of unfair competition, and access to public information.
  • Has extensive experience in advising on the intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions.
  • Thanks to a background in Sinology and fluent command of Chinese, actively co-creates the Chinese Desk, supporting Chinese companies in their expansion into the Polish and European markets.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
