DZP advises DM Invest on the sale of a portfolio of logistics centres to the Alderan group

DZP lawyers supported DM Invest in the sale to the French Alderan group of a portfolio of three modern last mile logistics centres built for InPost. The total area of the facilities covered by the transaction was approximately 18,000 m². This was Alderan's first investment on the Polish market.

The comprehensive advice covered assistance to the client at all key stages of the project, from supporting the client in a due diligence process conducted by the investor, through negotiation of the transaction documentation, to completion of a three-stage transaction closing.
