We provide comprehensive advice to our clients on: anticompetitive practices, merger control, and regulations protecting the interests of consumers. In our approach, we focus on practical and tailormade solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business goals in compliance with the law. We advise clients in proceedings conducted by the Polish Competition Authority (Competition and Consumer Protection Office) and the European Commission. We also represent them before common courts and the Supreme Court.
We support our clients in setting up distribution (franchise, selective) systems in accordance with competition law in the context of the regulatory environment in which a given chain operates. In cooperation with DZP's other practices, we offer comprehensive packages of tailormade solutions, covering all aspects of distribution system operations, including the online sector.
An important area of our advice is unfair trading practices in the agricultural and food supply chain. We assist our clients in developing legally safe conditions to cooperate with their business partners, including the development of pricing and discount policies.
We cooperate with our clients in preventing competition law infringements. We have developed a package of practical training courses and guidelines that will help you to implement risk management procedures if the antitrust authorities carry out inspections.
