Another successful investment for ARX

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka has advised Flarna Holdings Limited (in which ARX Equity Partners is a shareholder) on exiting an investment in a leading Polish manufacturer of rollers blinds and awnings, ANWIS sp. z o.o.

The exit involved the sale of 100% of shares to a subsidiary of the new investor, global leader in the sector, Warema Renkhoff SE.

ARX Equity Partners is an independent private equity fund.

DZP supported the fund throughout the sale of the shares in Anwis sp. z o.o., carrying out a due diligence, and drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation between the parties and with the bank financing ANWIS sp. z o.o.
