  • Specialises in transactions that involve financing, establishing security interest and disposing of debt portfolios both on a national and international level and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Has extensive practical experience in regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, including payment and lending institutions. Represents clients in proceedings to obtain authorisation to operate in Poland.
  • Supports clients in structuring transactions and preparing and negotiating transaction documentation in financing and refinancing transactions and in M&A processes, particularly in the area of public companies and with the participation of venture capital and private equity funds.  
  • Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.
  • Graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
