DZP advised on the sale of Teamtechnik Production Technology to TDJ

The Corporate and M&A Practice advised on the acquisition of a majority stake in teamtechnik Production Technology (ttPT) by TDJ, a family investment company. This is TDJ's first investment after the announcement of a new strategy for 2018-2022.

ttPT, previously owned by the German family company Teamtechnik Maschinen und Anlagen (Teamtechnik MA), is the leader in the production of automated assembly lines for the automotive industry across Central and Eastern Europe. The systems manufactured in Poland are used, among others, for brands such as BMW and Ferrari.

We have advised the seller with respect to all Polish matters of the transaction, including drafting and negotiations of the main documentation between parties. We have been also engaged in a due diligence preparation and signing and closing processes.
