In the DZP Future project aimed at the venture capital and start-up market, DZP advised on the largest round of series B financing in Polish history in which the start-up Packhelp S.A. raised nearly PLN 190 million for further development.
The lead investor is Infravia Growth. PortfolioLion, FJ Labs and European Investment Bank funds, existing investors Speedinvest, ProFounders and White Star Capital, and the Polish Market One Capital and Inovo Venture Partners funds also participated in the round. In total, in both rounds Packhelp raised a record amount of over PLN 240 million from investors.
Packhelp is Europe's largest platform for designing and ordering personalised packaging and it also helps start-ups to launch their own online shops. The funds raised in the series B financing will help further develop the start-up by, among other things, acquiring local players, further expanding its offer and upgrading its infrastructure.
The lead investor, Infravia Growth, a French VC fund specialising in technology investments, is our client. This was its first transaction on the Polish market.
We supported it throughout the investment process, from a due diligence through negotiations to cooperation on drawing up the transaction agreement. The work was coordinated by Maciej Zajda, DZP Future project leader, in cooperation with Maciej Goszczyk from the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice and Jarosław Przybylski from the Corporate and M&A Practice.
