DZP has advised PGE Systemy S.A., a PGE Group company, in a procedure to award a contract to implement a billing and CRM system for PGE Group customers. PGE Systemy signed a contract with the contractor selected in the tender – a consortium of A2 Customer Care Sp. z o.o. (consortium leader) and Atende S.A. (consortium member). This is one of the largest projects of its type in Europe and a strategic digital transformation project for the Group.
The subject-matter of the contract is the implementation of a comprehensive, central IT solution designed to support core business processes in the PGE Capital Group, carried out by the companies PGE Obrót S.A. and PGE Dystrybucja S.A., comprising two billing systems – one for each of the companies – and a CRM system for PGE Obrót. The new solution will replace the current billing and CRM systems for servicing PGE Group customers. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
The client was advised by DZP lawyers Katarzyna Kuźma, Partner, and Tomasz Michalczyk, Counsel, in the Infrastructure & Energy Practice, and Paweł Gruszecki, Counsel, in the IP&TMT Practice.
