Case won in court – decision in the matter of bus/tram shelters favourable for capital city of Warsaw

28.09.2012

The law firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka representing the capital city of Warsaw has won a decision  favourable  for the City in the Voivodship Administrative Court in Warsaw in a procedure to award a concession to construct and maintain bus/tram shelters and other equipment in Warsaw (case no. VI SA/Wa 1332/12). The Voivodship Administrative Court, with which one of the entities participating in the procedure had filed a complaint, upheld the City's arguments and dismissed the complaint in full. The procedure can now proceed to completion without interruption – the closing date for tenders is 15 October 2012.

The response to the complaint was drawn up under the guidance of Professor Michał KuleszaMagdalena Zablocka, Senior Associate, and Wojciech Hartung, Counsel, from DZP.

The successful outcome to a case before the National Appeal Chamber involving an appeal against ToR filed by a procedure participant in a project to build a waste incineration plant in Poznan (case no. KIO 1756/12) is another success for DZP in disputes in procurement procedures.
