DZP experts have supported PGE Group in the process of acquiring control over a company responsible for developing Poland's second nuclear power plant project.

DZP has advised Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (PGE) on the acquisition of a 50% stake in PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa from ZE PAK S.A. (ZE PAK), an entity controlled by Zygmunt Solorz. The company was established in 2023 by PGE and ZE PAK to implement a project to build a 2.8 GW nuclear power plant in the Konin region.
