  • Has extensive practical experience in day-to-day corporate advice and supports clients in choosing optimum business form, preparing corporate documentation and day-to-day operations of companies and their bodies.
  • Also advises on various restructuring processes, including transformations, mergers, divisions and liquidations.  
  • Supports clients in due diligences and vendor due diligences of companies operating in various business sectors (e.g. construction, media and advertising, pharmaceuticals, food and FMCG, trade and distribution). In due diligences, coordinates interdisciplinary teams conducting the analysis.
