DZP experts will take part in a business breakfast dedicated to film and television production financing and opportunities for Polish–Korean cooperation in the audiovisual sector.

Join us for a business breakfast dedicated to film and television production financing from both Polish and Korean perspectives. The event will provide an opportunity to discuss current trends in the audiovisual sector, opportunities for international cooperation, and practical challenges related to the financing and production of film and television projects.

During the event, participants will learn how the Korean creative industry support system operates, explore the cooperation opportunities offered by KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency), and gain insights into key recommendations for financing film and television productions in Poland.

An important part of the programme will focus on the legal aspects of international audiovisual productions, including the role of arbitration clauses in agreements relating to international film and television projects. This topic will be discussed by DZP experts: Aleksandra Auleytner, Partner and Head of the IP&TMT Practice, and Paweł Paradowski, Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice.

The event will also feature Grzegorz Łoszewski, President of the Polish Filmmakers Association, Kim Iljoong of KOCCA, and Joanna Szymańska, President of the Polish Producers Guild.

The event is intended for producers, investors, representatives of streaming platforms, legal professionals, and anyone interested in fostering Polish–Korean cooperation in the film and television industry.
