The Partners in the law firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka are pleased to announce that on 1 January 2012 their ranks were augmented by Katarzyna Kuźma, abogado (Infrastructure and Energy Practice).
Katarzyna Ku
źma joined DZP in 2006 and since then has headed the team serving Spanish-speaking clients. She previously worked for over six years in renowned Spanish law firms.
Through the Infrastructure and Energy Practice Katarzyna advises on foreign direct investment and infrastructure projects, including those involving communal waste management. She leads the team specialising in public procurement law.
We are also pleased to announce that from 1 January 2012 the following persons hold the position of Counsel:
- Wojciech Hartung (Infrastructure and Energy Practice), specialist in the law on public procurement, concessions for services and construction work and public-private partnerships,
- Dr Tomasz Zalasiński (Life Sciences Practice), specialist in constitutional and pharmaceutical law, co-author of, inter alia, the “Legislative Barometer” report.
Additionally, the following persons were promoted to the position of Senior Associate:
