The Law Firm's partners have decided to change the management model by appointing a five-member Management Board and a Founders' Council.
With a view to the further development of the Law Firm and the needs of its clients and the market, DZP's partners have decided to change the Firm's management model. The Managing Partner and the Board have been replaced by a five-member Management Board composed of:
- Marcin Krakowiak
- Paweł Paradowski
- Magdalena Skowrońska
- Marek Świątkowski
- Joanna Wierzejska
A Founders' Council has also been created, its members being Krzysztof Zakrzewski and Józef Palinka. The Board will support the Management Board in its activities and carry out supervisory functions.
“The changes are in response to the needs and challenges facing the organisation. They are also an expression of trust in individuals who have played a key role in shaping DZP over the years and who are now taking responsibility for its future. I have every confidence that the newly appointed Management Board will be a success and I am very optimistic about the Law Firm’s future development,” says Krzysztof Zakrzewski, member of the Founders' Board and former Managing Partner at DZP.
The changes came into effect on 1 January 2026.
