Prof. Michał Kulesza joins DZP

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka is pleased to announce the appointment the eminent administrative law specialist, Professor Michał Kulesza to partner of the firm. Previously associated with Baker & McKenzie Gruszczyński i Wspólnicy, Professor Kulesza joined DZP, Poland’s largest law firm in January. The firm comprises over 140 lawyers, 22 of whom are partners.

The main areas of the Professor’s interest are legal issues relating to public service investments and municipal entrepreneurship, public-private partnerships, land-use and development planning, land management and problems related to local governments and large city. He also advises entities operating on regulated markets, local government authorities, central government and government administration. The Professor heads the Department of Public Administration Theory at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.

Professor Kulesza brought with him Magdalena Zabłocka, attorney-at-law, and Mieczysław Binkiewicz from Baker & McKenzie Gruszczyński i Wspólnicy. Magdalena Zabłocka works with clients on implementing infrastructure and public utilities projects, many of which are carried out in the form of public-private partnerships. Mieczysław Binkiewicz is a specialist in administrative law and procedure.
