This publication is for entities that choose Poland as a place for arbitration proceedings.
Arbitration in Poland comprises two parts. The first part describes organisational and legal aspects of Polish arbitration, while the second contains an English translation of the provisions on arbitration in the Polish Code of Civil Procedure and the Rules of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
