  • He has represented both investors and suppliers in numerous transactions and in regulatory and commercial disputes in the telecommunications, IT and media sectors involving, inter alia, mobile operator Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (currently T-Mobile Polska), Orange Polska, AT&T/Lucent, Alcatel, TVN (a private Polish TV station), Bank Pekao, T-Systems (a T-Mobile subsidiary in the IT sector), ORLEN, TP Emitel, Clearwire Corporation, Telefonia Dialog and Netia.
  • He has participated in negotiating contracts related to IT and telecommunications system implementation (including service outsourcing contracts) and has also conducted administrative and court proceedings including those relating to radio frequency tenders, illegal hardware solutions and protection of telecommunications secrecy as well as the regulatory matters.
  • Specializes in litigation and arbitration (both international and domestic) and is a recommended arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Court at the Polish Confederation of Polish Employers “Lewiatan”.
  • He is a certified mediator.
  • Experienced adviser to the energy sector - while working for Elektrim S.A. he advised on contracts for the supply and purchase of equipment and services for power plants (including turn-key projects) and nuclear power plants under construction in Eastern European countries.
  • Lecturer at postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw.
  • He also participated in legislative work relating to implementation of the EU directives on electronic communications in Poland, e.g. on the current Telecommunications Law and secondary legislation and on other laws.
  • Former director of the Legal Department at the Telecommunications and Post Regulatory Office (now the Office of Electronic Communication).
