Another remote closing despite pandemic

On 30 April DZP advised on the finalisation and closing of the purchase of enterprise conducted by a company acting in a material, regulated business sector.

Due to the danger posed by the coronavirus pandemic, the closing took place mostly remotely, with extensive use of electronic modes (including VDR solutions and MS Teams software) and chartered couriers services.

Our advice in this project covered comprehensive legal services for the transaction on the part of the buyer, including preparation of transaction documentation and support in negotiating and finalising the sale.
