- Sylwia advises on corporate and M&A law, and provides day-to-day corporate law services. She has experience in numerous reorganisations, both in the analytical phase and in the execution phase, and in due diligence reviews and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on advising companies in the pharmacy, pharmaceutical and medical industries.
- Additionally, she supports clients in building and developing franchise networks. She creates franchise models, prepares comprehensive business documentation and trains future / current franchisees.
- Sylwia also provides comprehensive data protection advice and specialises in the international flow of information.
