DZP advised Amphenol Technologies Holding on the acquisition of El-Cab

DZP advised Amphenol Technologies Holding GmbH on the acquisition of 100% shares in El-Cab sp. z o.o. The buyer - Amphenol Technologies Holding - is part of the international Amphenol Group, which designs, manufactures and sells electrical, electronic and fibre optic connectors, interconnection systems, antennas, sensors and sensor-based products as well as specialised coaxial and high-speed transmission cables. El-Cab's main activities are development, production and sale of cable harnesses, distribution of third-party parts and equipment for vehicles and related servicing and maintenance.

DZP's advice to Amphenol Technologies Holding covered all aspects of Polish law, including due diligence, application to the Polish antitrust authority (UOKiK), negotiating transaction terms and conditions, as well as support in signing transaction documentation and transaction closing.
