DZP has advised TenderHut in a process to list and admit its shares to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Our client debuted on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange at a listing price of PLN 44 per share. Given that TenderHut's debut on the NewConnect market took place at the end of April 2021, such a rapid ascent on the WSE deserves special recognition. This is also confirmed by the fact that the TenderHut Group is one of the most rapidly growing IT companies in Poland. Although it operates in several segments, the company's main specialisation is designing and developing IT systems and IT outsourcing services.
DZP supported TenderHut throughout the listing and admission to trading on the WSE's main floor – from preparation of the prospectus and full documentation, through a due diligence, to representation in the procedure for the prospectus to be approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
The client was advised by Maciej Zajda, Senior Associate, supported by Maciej Goszczyk, Counsel, Margarita Kobojek, Associate, and Izabela Kręgiel from the Capital Markets & Financial Institutions Practice.
