Will I resolve more complex problems?
Different practices. One analysis. Your solution.
We have been expanding our knowledge of capital and financial markets since the political transformation in Poland. Our lawyers have taken part in creating the bases for securities trading in Poland and co-created the foundations of the capital market by participating in the preparation of laws regulating its principles.
As we understand how important it is for our clients’ development to gain the trust of investors and regular and fast financing, we always make every effort to ensure that the transactions we handle are carried out efficiently and transparently.
We advise public companies and financial institutions on transactions on the capital market, particularly IPOs, secondary share offerings, and issues of bond and convertible securities. We also represent clients before Polish regulatory authorities, including the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
We also carry out M&A transactions on the public market – from highly complex long-term ventures to small projects. In each case, we work to the highest standards, meeting the planned schedule on time, while avoiding unnecessary formal risks and acting proactively.
In addition, we advise companies on communicating with the market, meeting reporting requirements and clarifying legal issues with regulatory institutions.
Our experts are also the core of the DZP | Future project, which is a platform for cooperation with innovative entities with high growth potential and investors open to above-average risk. One of the elements of the project is cooperation in raising capital on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including through a listing on NewConnect, a stock market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange off the regulated market in the form of an alternative trading system.
