Will I resolve more complex problems?
Different practices. One analysis. Your solution.
We advise public companies and financial institutions on capital market transactions. We particularly provide legal services for IPOs, secondary share offerings, and bond and convertible securities issues.
We handle mergers and acquisitions – from extremely complex and lengthy ventures to small projects. In each case we work proactively and to the highest standards, implementing the planned timetable on time and avoiding unnecessary formal risks.
We also advise companies on market communiqués, fulfilment of reporting requirements, and clarification of legal issues with regulatory institutions.
We have a great deal of experience in representing our clients before the Polish regulatory authorities, particularly the Financial Supervision Authority and the Stock Exchange.
