ENGIE Zielona Energia has signed a preliminary conditional share purchase agreement concerning all the shares in Columbus Energy Group’s photovoltaic farm project companies and has acquired the first 32.8 MW package of the projects.

DZP advised ENGIE Zielona Energia, owned by the French energy group ENGIE, on purchasing companies implementing 102.5 MW photovoltaic projects. The first tranche of the transaction included the acquisition of companies with 32.8 MW projects, and the subsequent tranches are planned for the first half of 2023.

On 22 December 2022, ENGIE Zielona Energia sp. z o.o. signed a preliminary conditional agreement for the purchase of all the shares in companies implementing photovoltaic farm projects with a total capacity of 102.5 MW. The seller is Columbus Energy S.A., listed on NewConnect, and the value of the transaction is more than EUR 97 million.
