  • Advises clients in the energy sector, both renewable and conventional energy entities.
  • Provides legal support in all aspects of the activity of electricity, heat, fuel and gas sector companies, including corporate, regulatory, restructuring services and transaction and investment advice. 
  • Participates in handling sectoral mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leading and supervising pre-transaction advice and providing legal support services in drafting and negotiating investment agreements.
  • Advised on restructuring processes in the Polish mining sector, e.g. on the creation of Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. in a transaction to acquire over a dozen mines and plants worth PLN 2.4 billion and on the privatisation of JSW S.A.
  • Has diverse experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects such as the construction of power plants, combined heat and power plants, cogeneration sources, coking plants, waste incineration plants, national roads and motorways, factories and logistics centres, especially in the resolution of disputes between participants in the construction process.
  • Graduate of an Executive Master of Business Administration course.
  • Member of the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
