DZP experts advise startup Giganci Programowania on securing up to EUR 6 million in venture debt financing - Deals corner

Funding from Orbit Capital will support Giganci Programowania’s growth in the US, Latin America and Spain, as well as potential acquisitions. DZP provided legal and tax advice on the financing.

DZP advised Giganci Programowania, a Polish edtech company, on securing up to EUR 6 million in venture debt financing from Orbit Capital. The funding will support the startup’s further international expansion and potential acquisitions in the edtech sector.

Giganci Programowania, which operates internationally under the Coding Giants brand, offers coding, artificial intelligence and mathematics classes for children and teenagers.

The financing from Orbit Capital will enable the company to accelerate its growth in the United States, Latin America and Spain. Its plans include both organic growth and potential acquisitions to scale its operations and reach new customer segments.

Orbit Capital is an investment fund that invests in technology companies through debt financing, including venture debt, alongside traditional equity investments.
