Soo Youn Kim, co-head of DZP's Korean Desk, will talk about directions for the development of the construction market in Poland at the annual IAKL conference in Berlin.
The International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL) is an international organisation of over 3,500 lawyers from 23 countries, focused on Korean law and cooperation with South Korea. Since 1988, IAKL conferences have provided an important platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience and for forging professional relationships in the global legal community. Organised by the Association, this year's annual conference will take place on 14 June in Berlin, with our Law Firm being one of the event partners.
At the event, Soo Youn Kim, co-head of DZP's Korean Desk, will give a talk on trends on the Polish construction market and the most important legal aspects of Korean companies' participation in public procurement in Poland and the EU.
A number of other issues will also be discussed during the conference, including the latest regulations on artificial intelligence and the challenges involved in the enforcement of private claims on the European market.
Soo Youn Kim's participation in the event is another step towards strengthening the international presence of DZP's Korean Desk – run jointly with Katarzyna Kuźma – which supports South Korean clients in their investment projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
