Has over 25 years of international experience in Europe, advising Korean companies at leading global and European law firms. She also served as Head of Legal for the UK arm of a major Korean conglomerate.
As a dual-qualified lawyer (UK and Italy), she brings extensive expertise in corporate and cross-border transactions, supporting Korean investors across key sectors such as real estate, energy & infrastructure, life sciences, and consumer goods.
She holds an LLB from City University, UK and an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University.
