28.02.2013 DZP's Infrastructure & Energy Practice advised the company Obrascon Huarte Lain S.A. on an investment entitled "Construction of a road link between Gdańsk Airport and the Port of Gdańsk – Trasa Słowackiego, Task II, ul. Potokowa-Al. Rzeczpospolita Section" in performance of part of a contract with the City of Gdańsk.
22.02.2013 DZP provided legal advisory to Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. on the sale of a block of shares in EuroLOT S.A. The share sale was the largest transaction of this type on the Polish market and project value was over PLN 100 million.
20.02.2013 Experts from DZP's Infrastructure and Energy Practice and Litigation Practice have advised the Czech company Bogl a Krysl, k.s., which has created numerous consortia with Polish partners, on the performance of key prestigious road projects in Poland, including sections of the A2 motorway.
11.02.2013 DZP advised dietary supplement producer and distributor ASA Sp. z o.o. on a process to adapt its operations to EU provisions on nutrition and health claims. EU Regulation 1924/2006, which came into force on 14 December 2012, introduced significant restrictions on the use of nutrition and health claims.
10.02.2013 Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm, representing one of the largest banks operating in Poland, wins a case for the reprivatisation of real estate at ul. Wolska in Warsaw.
07.02.2013 DZP played the role of legal adviser to PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o., which on 7 February signed a contract with a consortium of WorleyParsons Nuclear Services JSC, WorleyParsons International Inc. and WorleyParsons Group Inc. to conduct site and environmental tests in connection with the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland with output of approx. 3,000 MW.
05.02.2013 On 4 February 2013 DZP obtained another Court of Appeal judgment favourable for the capital city of Warsaw in a dispute over the City's use of buildings in the historic complex at ul. Senatorska.
01.02.2013 DZP's Infrastructure and Energy Practice advised Przedsiębiorstwo Inwestycyjno-Remontowe Energetyki i Przemysłu "Remak-Rozruch" S.A. on negotiating the co-operation terms and conditions for a consortium with Nalco Mobotec Polska Sp. z o.o.
01.02.2013 DZP is advising Enea Wytwarzanie S.A. on the construction of the most innovative power block in Europe with gross output of 1,075 MW. The coal-fired block is being built in Świerże Górne near Kozienice and the investment value is PLN 6.4 billion.
28.01.2013 DZP advised Sanofi Pasteur Sp. z o.o. on the development of national practice facilitating a material rise in seasonal flu vaccination coverage levels in Poland.
