In the latest ranking summarising M&A transactions closed in 2025, DZP has once again been recognised as one of the most active legal advisers on the Polish mergers and acquisitions market.
Mergermarket has published its global and regional rankings of advisers involved in qualifying M&A transactions, covering deals that meet the ranking’s methodology and inclusion criteria.
In the 2025 Poland table, DZP ranked 6th by deal count, advising on 18 transactions included in the ranking.
This result confirms DZP’s position among the leading and most active law firms in the Polish M&A market, and its status as one of the most frequently selected legal advisers for mergers and acquisitions.
The ranking includes, among others, transactions that DZP reported on earlier in 2025.
