Supports Polish and foreign investors in setting up Luxembourg investment funds (Seed Capital/VC/PE).
Advises issuers, investors and offerors on issues of debt securities.
Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to obtain approvals, licences and notifications for cross-border activity within the territory of the EU.
As compliance officer of an independent financial institution, he was responsible for ensuring that the entity operated in compliance with the provisions of broadly understood capital market law.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
