  • Advises issuers, investors and offerors on issues of debt securities.
  • Represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to obtain approvals, licences and notifications for cross-border activity within the territory of the EU.
  • As compliance officer of an independent financial institution, he was responsible for ensuring that the entity operated in compliance with the provisions of broadly understood capital market law.
