31.12.2012 DZP provided tax and legal advisory to Spółdzielnia Pracy Polityka, which publishes, among other things, the Polityka and Forum weekly magazines and co-owns the TOK FM radio station, during a process to transform the workers' co-operative into a limited joint-stock partnership.
28.12.2012 DZP provided legal advice to Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A. on the sale of shares in a subsidiary, Petrolot Sp. z o.o. Petrolot provides aircraft fuelling services at 12 Polish commercial and flying club airports and it is the largest company providing services of this type in Poland.

28.09.2012 DZP representing the capital city of Warsaw has won a decision favourable for the City in the Voivodship Administrative Court in Warsaw in a procedure to award a concession to construct and maintain bus/tram shelters and other equipment in Warsaw.
05.09.2012 On 5 September this year, an ad hoc arbitration tribunal in administrative proceedings before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague dismissed in full a claim brought by the company TRACO Deutsche Travertin Werke GmbH against the Republic of Poland.
28.08.2012 The National Appeal Board today dismissed in full an appeal filed by one of the private partners taking part in a procedure run by the City of Poznan by way of a competitive dialogue to select a private partner to build and exploit a waste incinerator in Poznan.
25.06.2012 On 25 June 2012 the Regional Court in Warsaw issued an order dismissing an appeal filed by the Republic of Serbia in a case of Serbia's acquisitive prescription of real estate at Aleje Ujazdowskie.
21.06.2012 DZP is advising Kredyt Bank S.A. on a merger with BZ WBK S.A. The merger will be carried out through the transfer of all the assets of Kredyt Bank, as the target company, to BZ WBK, as the acquiring company.
