DZP's Partner promotions 2022

We are delighted to announce that, on 1 July, four of our long-standing colleagues and market-recognised specialists joined the group of our law firm's Partners.

• Daniel Chojnacki is a specialist in Polish, EU and international environmental law, including waste management law. He advises on environmental law issues in infrastructure projects and M&A transactions.
• Piotr Jackowski specialises in M&A projects and regulatory advice for investment companies, banks, investment funds and financial institutions.
• Sylwia Kuca advises on corporate law, M&A and reorganisations. She also specialises in issues relating to the creation and adaptation of operating franchise models as well as data privacy and protection.
• Damian Szczygielski mainly advises on M&A transactions and group restructuring processes. He also supports clients in projects involving corporate venture capital, acquisitions on the private equity market and joint ventures.
