DZP – partner in Santander X Startup Award

Santander X, a programme run by Santander bank, is a global ecosystem aimed at promoting talent and innovation. The aim of the initiative is to help startups, micro-enterprises and SMEs find the training and mentoring support needed to scale up projects and validate ideas. 

The projects carried out under the programme also include the Santander X Poland Startup Award competition, held for the first time in Poland, aimed at innovative companies and technology startups. In the competition, ten companies have been invited to the mentoring phase, from which three winners will be selected. [this has already happened, hasn’t it?] The highest scoring projects will receive cash prizes of EUR 10,000, EUR 6,000 and EUR 4,000 as well as project promotion. Also in play is a pass to the international Santander X Global Award in which winners of national competitions will compete. 

Our legal partnership in the Santander X competition is one of many activities carried out under the DZP Future programme, which is led by Maciej Zajda. In working with the startup community, we have for years supported investors and founders by offering them legal support at the highest level, which is essential, especially in the initial phase of business. We also create conditions for networking between investors and startups and support them in raising financing. 

The idea that unites Santander X and DZP Future is to help promising startups access resources and experts to support business development, create a platform for the exchange of experiences and networking among professionals and innovators from different industries, and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit.

During the finals of the first Polish edition of the Santander X Poland Startup Award, 10 selected startups presented their innovation to the competition jury. Among the finalists were Alpha Powders, myEgg, Runvido, BioCam, Biostra, PolyDust, Waterly, WaSH Innovation, Intelligent Hives, Ninja Lender.
