DZP has become a member of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber is one of the oldest bilateral chambers of commerce in Poland and has worked for over 20 years for the development of mutual relations.

Mergermarket has just published its annual league tables showing the activity of law firms on the M&A market in 2015. Our experts advised on 20 projects of a deal value of over USD 5 million, thanks to which we took 1st place in the Poland table. The total value of transactions finalised gave us 3rd place.
