Head of DZP's Regulatory Affairs, Legislation and Compliance Practice, which is composed of experts in legislation, European Union law, constitutional law and economic analysis of law.
She advises on matters relating to the legislative process, assessment of the impact of new regulations on business and legislative quality.
She represents the interests of businesses in the process of creating new legislation, including by actively engaging in the legislative process and speaking in discussions on legal changes of key importance to clients.
She coordinates the regular monitoring of legal changes that may affect the interests of businesses and selected sectors of the economy. She identifies regulatory trends that may shape the legal environment of business in the future.
She is author of numerous opinions and expert opinions assessing drafts of new regulations in terms of the proportionality of the regulatory burdens imposed, their compliance with the Polish Constitution and European Union law and legislative correctness.

Doctor of Law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates.
